Terms of Use

1. Who we are

33 Yan 2 ("the App") is operated by EMRE GUNES, an individual — there is no company behind the App. Where these terms say "we", they mean that one person.

2. Agreeing to these terms

The App asks you to accept these terms before you can play. By tapping I agree you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the App — you can log out from the same screen.

These terms apply together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.

What we collect and what happens when you delete your account is explained in the Privacy Policy.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, except in the middle of an online match.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users in the App. You must not:

• choose a username, a tournament name or any other text that is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, threatening or harassing, or that pretends to be someone else;
• harass, bully, threaten or abuse other players;
• cheat — for example with automation, exploits, arranged results, or extra accounts used to get around a block or a ban;
• use the App for anything illegal.

The content you create in the App is your username and the names of the tournaments you create. When venue features are available, the messages you send to a venue are covered by these terms too.

5. Reporting, blocking and what we do

• Usernames and tournament names are checked against a list of blocked words. A username that matches is rejected; a tournament name that matches is flagged for our review.
• Report a player from their profile, and Block them from the same place. Blocked users cannot open your profile, send you friend requests or invites, join a room you are in, or register you as a doubles partner.
• We review reports and flags. When content or behavior breaks these terms, we remove the content, can force a username change, and can suspend or permanently ban the account that is responsible.

6. Coins, energy and purchases

• Coins and energy are in-app items with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or anything outside the App, sold, or transferred to another account.
• Coins are spent only on cosmetic items (avatars and themes). Purchased coins and energy do not expire.
• Energy is used to play matches, tournament matches included.
• There are no paid tournaments, stakes, buy-ins or cash prizes. Tournament prizes are in-app coins and trophies only, provided by us; Apple is not a sponsor of any tournament.
• Purchases are made through Apple and refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). If you paid and the coins or energy never arrived, write to us — we can fix that part.
• We can correct a balance that was credited by mistake.
• If you delete your account, or it is permanently banned for breaking these terms, its remaining coins, energy and items can no longer be used. While an account is suspended, they cannot be used until the suspension ends.

7. The App

• Matches are played online. We work to keep the App running, but a match can be interrupted by connection problems or maintenance.
• We may change, add or remove features over time.
• The games follow the App's rulesets — Platform Standard 101 v1.0 for 101 Okey and Standard Backgammon for backgammon — as explained in the App's Guide.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, the App asks you to accept the new version before you continue. The date at the top shows the version in force.
